Residence permit - Administrator of a legal entity

Administrator of a legal entity who residents in Italy. Obtains residence permit based on Art. 26 of Testo Unico sull'immigrazione (taking into account quotas - limited number of visas issued each year).

Procedure steps:
- Legal entity administrator (Permesso di soggiorno per soccio-amministratore di società)
- Introduction of changes to the information about the legal entity in the registration authorities of Italy
-Issue of a certificate by the competent local Labor Office (Direzione Provinciale del Lavoro)
- 'Nulla osta' at Questura (Special Permission requested in Italian Police)
- Obtaining a visa D at the Consulate of Italy in your country
- Accompanying you at the all stages of obtaining the Residence Permit
